Retreat - Day 1
Your 'me time' starts when you land at Warsaw Chopin Airport where you are met by your host and whisked off by taxi to the centre of Warsaw where you will get to soak in the atmosphere of the Old Town and enjoy a taste of Polish cuisine. We will then hop on a fast train to travel to our country hideaway admiring a scenic views of the countryside.

Once we have arrived at our final destination, you can settle in and enjoy some deserved free time in our beautiful house and gardens on the edge of Western Bug, one of our largest rivers. Your dinner will be prepared for you, giving you the chance to unwind and get to know the other guests. Get to know each other over a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice or a splash of world famous Bison grass vodka from eastern Poland.

Retreat - Day 2
Wake up to birdsong and feel the sunshine on your face while you enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast. We will then gather for our group introduction to mindfulness. You don't need any prior knowledge or experience of mindfulness to take part in this session

Retreat - Day 3
After a healthy breakfast of your choice you will dive into a mindfulness exercise which is bound to get you into a great mood for the rest of the day.

After a morning of mindfulness, we'll kick of the daily activities by jumping into a kayak and heading off throug the wilderness to a local restaurant where the chefs take inspiration from home grown ingredients and local cuisine. Finally, we'll finish the day with dinner and drinks on our cosy veranda

Retreat - Day 4
On the last day of the retreat, the name of the game is 'Pampering'! Refuel your energy by having a healthy breakfast and join us for a mindfulness session to keep the stress of daily life at bay. Once you've had a rest and you feel ready we will head off for a relaxing day at our local Hotel Spa. To finish off our day of pampering, we will enjoy a celebratory dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
Retreat - Day 5
By day 5 you feel completely rested and ready to return home revitalised. You've enjoyed some amazing activities and you've learnt some useful mindfulness technics for reconnecting with your self and managing the stresses of daily life. The only thing left to do is enjoy a delicious lunch at Zaborek before you head home.
